All Quality Labor, Inc is a family owned small business that has been serving the Phoenix metro area for over 22 years. Located at 43rd Avenue and Peoria, we send workers out every day to clients for a variety of labor and light industrial positions ranging from general clean up work to forklift operators to warehouse leads. Our success stems from our focus on communication, honesty, and customer service. We will always keep you updated and informed about the status of your order so that you have peace of mind.
What we do for Clients
We provide Temp-To-Hire services for our clients, allowing you to work someone for a predetermined amount of time before hiring them on. This means that you review their performance whenever you like, and if you aren’t satisfied simply ask for a replacement. We will work to accommodate you to the best of our abilities and ensure that you are getting the personnel you need to do the job right.
We Make it easy
We handle all the aspects of recruiting so that you don’t have to worry about anything other than evaluating their performance. We also cover the work comp, federal and state taxes and social security of our employees while they’re out on assignment until you decide to hire them, minimizing the amount of paperwork you have to do and ensuring that you can focus your full attention on evaluating their performance. Whether you’re looking for an extra hand on a temporary assignment or for a full time employee we do everything we can to make the process as convenient as possible!

If you’re currently looking for work then you’re at the right place! All Quality Labor is always looking for new talent to join our diverse labor workforce. We focus primarily on full time, temp-to-hire positions but also have part time positions and weekend work available. We send people out every day to all shifts for a variety of different clients, so if you’re interested feel free to give us a call!
We accept applications in person Monday through Friday, between 10AM and 2PM. All you need to have on you is your government issued IDs and your resume if you have one. It usually takes about 20 minutes to fill out the application packet and 10 minutes for us to give you an orientation.
